Today is Father's Day in Germany, so I thought it only fair to show you all a photo of my Dad...I believe the date is 1961...he was also very handy. My folks bought an old house and renovated it entirely by themselves, my mom made the decisions, my Dad did the actual renovating and the kids were occasionally called in to do the menial labor like getting the old wallpaper of the walls, etc., My Dad refinished the oak woodwork, painted, remodelled the kitchen, did electrical wiring, plumbing, well, basically you name my Dad did it. Miss you Pops.
So to all of you crafty and not so crafty Dads....HAPPY FATHER'S DAY!
